At ChirpTM, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer hassle-free returns on all unworn apparel within 30 days of delivery. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely attach it to your package.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location or schedule a pickup to get your return in motion.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
